PRICING (including 13% sales tax, booking fee and accidental damage waiver)
Low Season: $199/night (JAN-MAY, SEPT-DEC)
Mid Season: $249/night (JUNE, JULY, AUGUST)
High Seasons: $299/night (Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Pool and spa heating is charged at $25 a day and recommended from October through to March.
Check-in time is 4PM, check-out time is 10AM.

BOOKING
Payment: One night's rate (or 20% of total charge for stay of 14 nights and longer) is needed to hold dates at time of booking.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival or at time of booking, whichever is earlier. We accept payment by money
order, cashier's check, or personal check. We also accept online payment by Master and Visa card.
Cancellation: $25.00 processing fee. Deposit is not refundable within one month of arrival date. No shows and early departures
will be billed as full. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled arrival time will be billed as full.
